I retain full copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to post any stages of the artwork and use it for commercial purposes. You may request to remain anonymous on uploaded artwork.The commissioned artwork may be used for PERSONAL / NON PROFIT use only and may NOT be used for commercial use. You may NOT involve my artwork in any blockchain-related technology, this includes but not limited to NFTs, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence.You may use the artwork for non-commercial purposes. This includes but is not necessarily limited to: public and private display, printing for private use and posting the public (watemarked) versions to social media as long as credit is provided in the description.NO ALTERATIONS
You may crop, rotate, mirror, or resize the completed artwork; such as to fit the dimensions of a banner or icon; and other non-commercial graphics. You may NOT edit the artwork itself without my permission. You may NOT remove/alter my signature from the artwork. For most commissions I will give you a close up version.SAFE FOR WORK
My artwork is SFW (Safe For Work). This means anything suggestive, pornographic in nature or any levels of nudity will NOT be drawn, so do NOT commission me if this is what you are wanting. You will be declined immediately. This includes reference pictures given to me of your character or for the commission in any way.
I will NOT draw extreme gore. I will NOT draw anything that promotes discrimination.TERMINATION
I reserve the right to decline commissions without explanation. I reserve the right to cancel any in-progress commission at any time, without explanation. If I cancel the commission, I will issue a partial refund depending on the progress already made.

PAYMENT
All payments will be taken in USD via PayPal Invoice or Ko-fi. Payment is taken in full before I will start working on it. Payment plans are available only at my discretion and will be established on a case-by-case basis.REFUNDS
Partial refunds are proportional to the amount of work completed. You can receive a full refund on a commission if no sketch work has been started yet. You may not receive any refund if 30% or more of the colouring/rendering process of the commission is completed. This is for me to determine.
~ NO refunds for "Sketch" commission types, this includes "Coloured Sketch" and "Cutesy Sketches".PROCESS & COMMUNICATION
I may send updates and WIPs (work-in-progress) while progress is made on the artwork. I will send a coloured concept sketch for approval, this can be quite rough at times. This is where you will have the opportunity to request revisions. If you wish to make minor revisions past this point it will incur additional fees or may be declined. Please note this process can vary on each commission. You can request to see a WIP at any time.
However, I will correct any mistakes I made at no additional fee at any stage of the commission process (for example, if I miss something clearly in the reference or stated).For "Sketch" commission types you generally will not receive WIPs and updates, especially as these are usually full creative freedom commissions.Please note all my commissions have high levels of creative freedom regarding pose / composition / scenery but I will consider and work with your ideas; it may incur additional fees for set ideas / less creative freedom.Turnaround time will vary in commission type. Typically no more than 1 month from payment. I will notify you if I have any reason to believe it will take longer. If a deadline is desired, it may affect the price or be declined. If we do agree on a deadline you much be reactive when I send updates.Note that I tend to work in desaturated colours and will correct this later in the my workflow. Your character may be changed in ways to fit my artstyle depending on provided references.

COLOURED SKETCH

A coloured sketch / speedpaint of your character. Stylised in my looser style with visible sketch lines. Final results may vary as these are a little experimental. I put limited time into it. High levels of creative freedom - No revisions / changes, commission is in my hands. Expect minimal/no progress updates after payment. Depending on complexity price may vary.
~ +%50 ($10-$20) for full background with loose render - this may or may not add lighting & shadows. Essentially turning it into a sketch speedpaint. (flat colour or minimalistic background elements are free).
~ +100% for additional characters, depending on their complexity & presence in the scene, this price may vary.
~ Sketch lines only (no colour) for 60% of the price, will have slight grayscale shading.

PORTRAIT
Starting at:
$60/Detailed
$80/Illustration

A highly detailed coloured headshot of your character. "Detailed" tier has minimal / abstract / decorative background. "Illustration" tier has detailed background elements. Most characters will be drawn from the shoulders up but this can vary. Depending on complexity price may vary. Expect minimal/no progress updates. Full creative freedom.
~ +100% for additional characters (e.g. couple/duo portraits)

ILLUSTRATIONS

A detailed Illustration of your character in scenery. Most detailing will go into the main subject of the piece. Custom price depending on complexity. Expect several progress updates.
~ +100% of price for additional characters, depending on their complexity & presence in the scene, this price may vary.
~ 10% reduced price for full artistic freedom/surprise. No revisions or WIPs. I choose idea and composition. You are leaving the commission entirely in my hands. Mistakes/corrections will be fixed. I will not draw your character out of character with provided backstory & personality.

CHARACTER REFERENCE
Starting at:
$60/Pre-existing character
$90/Character design

Detailed single fullbody reference of your character on a simple background. Choose between a floating pose or standing; dynamic poses are available. Depending on complexity and provided references price may vary.
For character design, this will be an involved process where you provide written descriptions, reference pictures, keywords, backstory, mood boards etc. to create you a new character. Expect several progress updates and communication.
~ Character redesign is also an option, price dependant on how much to be changed, between $65-$90.
~ Add-ons are available: Fullbody/headshots/wingspread/eyes/items/accessories etc. to create a personalised reference sheet. All add-ons require additional costs.
~ Name/text/colour palette are free on request.
~ Dynamic poses available to turn it into a detailed full body Character Artwork with simple background.
~ Simple designs / animals price may be lower

CUTESY SKETCH

A fun way to tip! Get a cute little drawing of your character, minimal stylised detailing and proportions. Full artistic freedom. Full prepayment. Available on my Ko-fi! - Many examples there

I'm a self-taught digital artist who mostly focuses on dragons, bears and cats, however I love to draw all sorts of animals and creatures. I'm very passionate about and love animals, nature, dinosaurs, natural history, video games, books and of course dragons and more!
My mind is always in too many places at once and dreaming of different worlds.
